APPLICATION FOR ASSISTANCE

Employees or retirees experiencing hardship are encouraged to apply for assistance from the Charlotte Regional Fire Foundation. Applications are reviewed against eligibility requirements, need, and availability of funds. For consideration, please submit the below application.

All applications are strictly confidential. Electronic applications are preferred, however a paper application may be requested by contacting Katie Greder at 704-336-3794 or katie.greder@charlottenc.gov.
